Your Chance to Pick the Whitehouse Cyber Czar

You have read the Whitehouse Cyberspace Policy Review.  You have seen the fawning reviews, although some like our CEO John Prisco have been underwhelmed (read in Washington Technology and here).  And you have seen the parade of hopefuls at the presser.

But who will be the cyber czar?

The answer is obvious.  While some like me were left wondering why the President would announce the position but not actually name someone to fill the spot, it was clear that he was looking to the IT Security community to step into the role of naming the cyber czar.  Pure genius.

So here is your chance to exercise democracy at the highest form and either nominate your choice or vote for the nominations of others.  You can post a comment here or use Twitter with the hash tag #pickcyberczar to join the discussion.  I will RT some of the Twitter entries I have seen.  Serious nominations are welcome, and humor is always appreciated.

The lucky winner gets incredible bragging rights at all cyber conferences moving forward.  And remember, if you don’t vote, you can’t complain later.
